About the role:
BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in the Northern Suburbs - Brunswick, Pascoe Vale, Coburg, Preston, Fawkner.
You will deliver evidence‐based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programmes, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.

About you:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated abilityto assess and deliver individualised occupational therapy programs for aged care clients in a community setting
* Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
* Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated computer literacy
* Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
* Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third‐Party Property Damage Insurance.
