The Role
Our Wollongong team is seeking a designer and desktop publisher to join our team, working on the promotion of our properties and business. You will be working with an engaged, driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
We pride ourselves on having the strongest brand and marketing identity in the industry and value team members who can bring fresh thinking and creativity to their role, whilst working within our global brand guidelines. You will have a passion for property and an eye for design.
Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for:
• Working with the team to co-ordinate the collation of reports, client proposals and other documentation
• Produce marketing materials and campaigns
• Managing online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websites
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Creating designs, images and copy for social media posts and digital campaigns
• General design and desktop publishing duties as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to offer creative input to design solutions
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint)
• Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance
• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic and genuine drive to achieve
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:
• Preferably degree qualified in marketing, design, graphic design, desktop publishing or equivalent discipline
• Ideally 2+ years working as a designer
• Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
