About the Role
This role involves working as a full-time valet, attending to various customer sites and ensuring that the printing equipment is in good working order. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensuring high standards of copy quality, equipment cleanliness and consumables management.
* Maintenance support, service and helpdesk assistance.
* Coordinating and performing basic fault preventative servicing.
* Providing first-level response to equipment faults and escalating specific technical issues.
* Managing paper stock levels and filling paper trays.
* Consumables management and maintenance.
* Customer user training, providing scheduled or ad-hoc training sessions.
Requirements
* Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service and caring about customers and relationships.
* The ability to pass a Working with Children check may be required.
* Professional, proactive and organized individuals who take pride in their work.
* Some technical experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and solve problems is essential.
* A desire to learn and grow within the company.
