About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and workshop teams. This role suits someone with either a mechanical background or strong customer service experience — and a passion for delivering premium service.
You'll work alongside expert technicians, brand professionals, and service administrators to provide a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for service customers
* Coordinate service bookings, vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and cleaning
* Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates
* Ensure accurate recording of services, costs, and customer concerns
* Identify upselling opportunities for additional services or products
* Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to ensure efficiency
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Strong customer service background (automotive, retail, or fast-paced industry)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Undertake administrative tasks
* Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
* Valid open manual driver's licence with clean driving history
Desirable:
* Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership
* Mechanical or technical knowledge of vehicles
