We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support and optimise our Salesforce ecosystem across Industry CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. This role acts as the bridge between Development and Operations, ensuring smooth business processes, effective support, and quality enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Translate technical configurations into clear business processes.
Lead requirements for enhancements and support activities.
Handle L2 functional and configuration issues (non-code fixes).
Work with developers to ensure fixes do not disrupt existing processes.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to Operations.
Maintain support procedures and identify process improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards.
Skills & Experience
5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst in support or operations-focused roles.
Strong functional knowledge of CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
Experience in workflows, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile and SLA-driven environments.
ITIL exposure and Salesforce certifications preferred.
