Head of Customer Success – Fynd

Fynd is teaming up with Biza.io to build industry‑leading customer success at the heart of Australia’s most important sectors – banking, energy, telco. Biza.io leads the charge in the Consumer Data Right movement, powering choice, transparency and control for everyday people.


About the Role

Reporting to the COO, you’ll own the entire customer journey – from contract close through onboarding, professional services, technical solutions, support, and beyond. This is an opportunity to transform the CS function into a world‑class SaaS success engine.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coach a tight‑knit CS team (starting with three direct reports) and scale the function.
* Design frictionless processes that empower the team and deliver seamless experiences.
* Bridge the gap with Product, Engineering and Growth to turn feedback into features and pain points into solutions.
* Define KPIs around retention, SLAs, NPS and project health and use data to spotlight what moves the needle.
* Speak the language of APIs, integrations and troubleshooting and manage complex, regulated spaces.


Required Qualifications

* 5–10+ years owning customer success in SaaS or startups, with a proven track record of leading teams to real wins.
* Experience in payments, fintech, professional services or other highly regulated environments.
* Tech‑curious, able to communicate effectively with product and engineering teams.
* Customer‑obsessed and operationally sharp, delivering standout experiences and seamless execution.
* Project‑management proficiency – deadlines, KPIs, processes.
* Cross‑functional collaborator who builds scalable, customer‑first solutions.
* Strong builder energy – thrive in high‑growth chaos and create structure and scale from scratch.
* Bonus: familiarity with EOS or Winning by Design, or a willingness to learn fast.
* Extra kudos for experience in banking, energy or telco SaaS start‑ups.
