Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, particularly in the absence of the Practice Manager.DUTIESThe responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Coordination of the clinic operationsEffective team supervision of administration staffAssistance of human resource functions including recruitment, inductions and performance managementPromoting and embedding a high level standard of customer service deliveryReception and general administration dutiesProcessing medical bookingsResults managementConducting preliminary medical assessmentsAdministering health questionnairesInvoicing Candidate RequirementsYou will have relevant experience in supervising staff, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
