Customer Banking Specialist
The role of a Customer Banking Specialist involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing holistic banking solutions to customers. In this capacity, you will be responsible for having in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
Key responsibilities include completing financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identifying areas for improvement, as well as providing options for customers through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking services.
You will also be expected to problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes, procedures, and risk-adverse culture.
* Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
* The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
* Ability to work in a busy, commercial, and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
