About the Role Support our team by ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You'll manage maintenance requests, perform repairs, and uphold safety standards.
Duration:
- Farmborough/Unanderra: starting 25th May for approximately 8 weeks with potential to extend.
- Shellharbour/Gerringong: coverage until the end of the financial year with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
* Prioritise tasks via CMMS
* Perform general maintenance: lighting, plumbing, painting, waste disposal
* Ensure contractor safety and site inductions
* Communicate with staff and residents
* Maintain WHS and compliance standards
About You
* Trade qualification or 2+ years' experience
* Valid driver’s license
* Valid police clearance
* WHS and building compliance knowledge
* CMMS familiarity (preferred)
* Strong problem-solving, initiative, and communication skills
* Comfortable with both planned and reactive tasks
