The Insurance WA team is a defendant insurance legal team, working across Statutory Insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries and compulsory third-party matters. This is a fantastic hands-on role, with significant learning, development and progression opportunities, and the opportunity to work closely with interesting clients and alongside highly regarded partners and lawyers.
About the Role and Team:
* The role is based in our Darwin office.
* The Insurance WA team has approximately 90 people located across Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.
About You:
* You will ideally have at least 5 years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation.
* You will ideally have experience on the defendant side, however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice.
* You will have a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our insurance practice in Darwin.
* You will have clear, concise legal writing skills and strong attention to detail.
