Right now, we are looking for Guest Service Agents, Guest Service Attendants and Housekeeping Attendants to join our team.
Guest Service Agents (Full-time and Part-time) provide warm welcomes and farewells, manage check‐ins, check‐outs, room allocations, and reservations, and respond to enquiries with professionalism. You will verify and settle guest folios, coordinate with key departments to anticipate guest needs, complete daily checklists and reports, upsell facilities and services, and offer accurate information on hotel amenities, rooms, rates, and experiences.
Guest Service Attendants (Full-time and Part-time and Casual) deliver seamless, exceptional service through warm greetings, provide luggage assistance, valet parking, room orientations, and personalised recommendations. You will handle enquiries professionally, liaise with internal departments, complete daily checklists and reports, and consistently uphold the luxury experience our guests expect. A full driver's license and the proficiency to operate both automatic and manual vehicles are essential for this role.
Housekeeping Attendants (Part-time and Casual) maintain rooms and suites as well as hotel public areas to an impeccable standard, delivering personalised service that reflects our commitment to luxury. You will report maintenance issues, restock guest supplies and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously. You will help create memorable guest experiences through exceptional attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast paced environments. Previous housekeeping experience with physical stamina, and a supportive team mindset are highly valued.
