This organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support their busy HR team.
About the Role
This is a full-time on site role, working Monday to Friday within a collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team.
You'll play a key part in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring leaders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment life cycle across a range of roles
* Maintain recruitment systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
* Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide support
* Support HR projects and initiatives as required

Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or HR/Talent support role is essential
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative and adaptable working style
* An understanding or appreciation of the education sector is advantageous
* Ability to work at a fast-pace and high volume nature
