We don't stand still - there are always opportunities to do more and do better.We are seeking All Round Plant Operators for our Spray Seal Crew based in Hazelmere, WA.
The role involves operating various machines and equipment to apply chip seal, asphalt and other materials to produce spray seal road surfacing applications.Our positions would suit candidates who enjoy working in the outdoors, and who are looking to grow within the Asphalt industry.
We are seeking candidates with a safety first mindset, who are enthusiastic, reliable and have a strong willingness to learn.To be successful you will require the following skills and experience: Hold a valid MR/HR Licence as a minimum (MC is preferred), including industry cards such as the Construction Induction Card.
A positive can-do attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Have various licence(s) / tickets for industry.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and away from home on varying rosters as set by projects.
Previous experience in the industry (advantageous).
