The newly established Digital Canberra Directorate (DCBR), responsible for overseeing all digital and IT functions across the ACT Public Service, is seeking to appoint an experienced, energetic and forward‐thinking Executive Branch Manager to lead the Strategic Sourcing and Portfolio Management Branch. Reporting to the Chief Performance Officer, this role will lead a high‐performing branch that delivers professional business services enabling the ACT Government to achieve quality outcomes for the Territory. This senior leadership role oversees strategic sourcing, procurement (ICT and non‐ICT), commercial and contract advisory, legal services facilitation, portfolio management, project and program standards, assurance, and professional development for project management.
The Executive Branch Manager will drive innovative strategies for data and digital transformation across government, building strong relationships with executive leaders and Chief Information Officers.
Applicants should have demonstrated leadership experience and executive management skills, a proven record of achievement in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments, and the ability to deliver results across policy, project delivery, financial and people management.

Remuneration
The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $289,335 - $298,258 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $254,964.
Contract
The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance‐based long‐term contract for a period of up to five years. Prospective applicants should be aware that long‐term engagements are tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly.
