Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day operations by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include organizing Head office employee onboarding sessions, managing HR information systems (Dayforce), and providing administrative support to streamline processes within the HR team. The role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
* Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (Dayforce) and proficiency in using them effectively
* Skills in L&D and the ability to manage related employee inquiries
* Experience in planning and organizing employee training programs
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
