Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will drive our iconic vans and deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night. Your tasks will include safely navigating busy streets and suburban roads, as well as picking and packing orders to the highest standard.
* Providing exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
* Maintaining an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record, with the ability to undergo both a police history check and driving history check
* Safely driving and navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
* Being active, as you'll be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points
* Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
