This role is perfect for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an existing Sous Chef who wants to work in a creative, cuisine-driven kitchen.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality Asian-inspired dishes, lead services, and keep standards high across busy sessions. This is a hands-on role where cuisine knowledge matters more than systems.
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in Asian cuisine — ideally Thai, Chinese or Japanese
* Excellent understanding of flavour, technique and execution
* Ability to cook confidently during fast-paced, high-energy services
* Leadership skills with the confidence to run sections and lead the pass
* Ready-to-step-up CDPs encouraged to apply
* Existing Sous Chefs looking for a food-focused role also welcome
