Overview

Administration / Project Management Assistant (PMA) role at CMW Geosciences, a trans-Tasman Geotechnical Consultancy with offices across Australia and New Zealand. Based in the Adelaide (Tonsley) office, the PMA will assist busy project managers and field staff and be part of a team of 15, with support from the wider administration team for training.

This entry-level administration position offers training; no prior experience is required, but the candidate should be organized, proactive and personable.


Responsibilities

* Support and undertake activities related to the delivery of projects including formatting documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
* Travel bookings and tracking.
* Photocopying, scanning and binding on behalf of engineers.
* Assist the Geotechnical Team with sub-contractor coordination and management, including tracking POs on behalf of the PMs.
* Track project deliverables against schedules.
* Assist with the completion of project-related quality documentation.
* Maintain all CMW vehicles, including organizing registrations, repairs, services, record keeping, and updating registers.
* Assist and support the Office Manager and team leaders in relation to quality and health and safety documentation.
* Assist the Office Manager and HSE Representative with HSE auditing.
* Coordinate office events and meetings; minute taking for the Office Manager and Project Managers.
* Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Office Manager.


Qualifications / Experience

* No formal qualifications are required for this role; however, a strong knowledge of MS Office is required.
* Experience or interest in Geotechnical Engineering is advantageous.
