About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant with manufacturing experienceto join our dynamic and supportive team in Osborne Park full-time. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the variety of warehouse pick and packing duties.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
· Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
· Labelling, assembling, and bagging products.
· Unloading containers and organising stock.
· Managing inventory, including stock checks and reporting.
· Liaising with couriers and arranging dispatches.
· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
· Terminate fibre cables.
· Rescope SCPs
· Maintain quality service by following organisation standards.
· Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· General warehouse duties as required.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· A current Forklift Licence with at least 6 months of experience.
· Experience with pick/pack and general warehouse tasks.
· Experience in manufacturing.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Physical fitness for repetitive lifting and manual tasks.
· A proactive approach to workplace safety.
· Strong numeracy and communication skills.
· The ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Good time management and efficiency in work processes.
