Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

The role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the supply chain function, focusing on strategic procurement, efficient inventory control, and reliable logistics coordination to support all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
* Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure alignment with quality and delivery standards
* Champion system and process improvements, including the adoption of digital tools and automation where beneficial
* Maintain accurate records of all procurement, inventory, and logistics activities using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or inventory management software
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives in ERP usage and reporting, collaborating with IT and Finance as needed
* Drive the development and use of dashboards and analytics to monitor supplier, inventory, and logistics performance
* Provide regular reports on key supply chain metrics to stakeholders
* Analyze supply chain processes and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings, and implement approved changes to enhance efficiency
* Ensure all supply and logistics activities adhere to company policies and relevant legal or regulatory requirements
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence in service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
* Professional certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g. APICS, CPIM/CSCP, CIPS) or similar credentials
* Current valid driver's license
* 5+ years experience in a supply and logistics roles, or a related field such as procurement or inventory management
* Previous experience in leadership or mentoring roles
* Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software to manage supply chain activities
* Demonstrated experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating purchase agreements or contracts
* Experience in a similar industry or operational environment
* Track record of contributing to process improvements or cost-saving initiatives in a supply chain context
