We are seeking casual support workers to join our team and provide person-centred care across individual, residential and day program settings making a real difference to the lives of the people we support throughout the region.
About the Role
As a disability support worker, you will:
* Provide active support to individuals across residential homes, day programs, and one-on-one community settings, aligned with their personal goals and support plans.
* Support daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, transport, and active participation in community and social activities.
* Promote and uphold the rights, dignity and wellbeing of the individuals we support in all environments.
* Foster a safe, inclusive and respectful atmosphere whether in the home, in the community or within a program setting.
Our Services

* Day Services – Delivered at our location, focusing on skill-building, social engagement and meaningful daily activities.
* Individual Supports – One-on-one assistance provided daily, tailored to support community access, personal development and the achievement of individual goals.
* Residential Services – Support provided across our supported accommodation homes, fostering a safe, inclusive and home-like living environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:
* Compassionate, reliable and committed to supporting others.
* Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts across different settings, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Team players who can also work independently.
* Confident in assisting with personal care and health support (training provided where required).
* Able to communicate clearly and build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
