Full time Role: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 
Pay Rate: $31.33 per hour

What We're Looking For 
Have experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics operations 
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
Are confident using dispatch or inventory systems, scanners, and basic IT tools 
Can coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment 
Communicate clearly with team members, drivers, and customers 
Understand WHS requirements and maintain a safe work environment 
Have a positive, team-focused attitude and take pride in quality service delivery 
Your Role 
As our Dispatch Officer, you'll be the final checkpoint ensuring customer orders are prepared, tracked, and dispatched accurately. 
Key responsibilities include: 
Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare mail, print, and digital products for dispatch 
Dispatch Coordination: Organize schedules, manage courier pickups, and maintain delivery timelines 
Inventory Management: Track stock, update records, and maintain accuracy across systems 
Quality Assurance: Check and verify outgoing products meet quality standards 
System Operation: Use dispatch tools, scanners, and software to record and monitor orders 
Customer Service: Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve queries 
WHS & Compliance: Maintain safe work practices and follow compliance procedures
