The Centre
This extremely well resourced childcare centre in Adelaide focuses on providing a nurturing and welcoming family environment. The purpose built centre has vast amounts of natural outside space, and rooms with floor to ceiling windows that flood with light. Management is passionate about promoting a culture of equity and inclusion for their children, families and staff. They have a focus on delivering high quality, enquiry based programs and strive to create a warm environment with a strong sense of community.

The Opportunities
This rare opportunity has become available for an Educational Leader to work closely with a highly supportive long standing management team. As part of the leadership team, you'll have a strong focus on being hands on with the team in a coaching and mentoring capacity. Your time will be spent working along side the Director, Assistant Director and Programme Leader as well as across all rooms to support and develop the team of educators. You can expect to work across all rooms as well as have adequate non-contact time to develop programmes. The centre operates above ratio, and pays very generously above award plus the 15% WRP.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have had experience working as an Educational Leader or will be ready for a step up from your current role. You must have a Diploma in Children's services or a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent.) In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and a genuine passion for working with children.
* Hold a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
* Current First aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and RRHAN
* Working with children check for South Australia
