As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Stafford Heights
We're seeking a Senior Educator (Diploma Qualified) - Educational Leader to join our warm and collaborative team at Goodstart Stafford Heights.
Goodstart Stafford Heights is a 64-place centre located in a quiet, family-friendly pocket of Stafford Heights, our centre is close to excellent schools and public transport options, making your daily commute easy and convenient. We pride ourselves on being a fun, respectful, and tight-knit team that values open communication and kindness. Our team enjoys regular social events and team-building activities, fostering a truly family-style work environment.
* Looking for your next meaningful role? We’re offering a full-time, fixed-term position through to August 2026
* Lead learning in our nursery room, supporting a small group of up to 8 children per day.
* Be provided with 2 hours of programming time and 4 hours of Educational Leader time each week.
* Work within our operating hours of 6:15am – 6:30pm.

You’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
