About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks as required
* Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
* Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding
* Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs
* Implement mulching and planting programs
* Operate commercial small plant horticultural equipment
* Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard
* Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
Required Skills And Qualifications
* A current driver's license and white card
* Qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping
* Strong commitment to safety and quality management systems
