A great step up for a talented Head Chef to move into a roving role covering Head Chef leave and vacancy. Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends.

* 9am-5.36pm
* Monday - Friday
* Head Chef coverage
About the role:
* Travel required from Brisbane to Coffs Harbour
* Short and long term assignments
* Accommodation provided when needed
* Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
* Food Safety Supervisory Certification
* Deliver food services the Opal Way, providing consistent leadership in all deployments
* Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the menu to bring joy to those we care for
* Ensure detailed compliance with the Opal HealthCare food safety program
