**What will you be doing?**
The Casual Retail Store Associate is responsible to win, maintain and expand the Lebara brand through selling telecommunication services and products. This will be delivered through maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction in a professional sales environment with a positive atmosphere.
**Reponsabilities**
- Maximise sales opportunities through the provision of extraordinary levels of customer service
- Ensure store and individual targets are met on a regular basis
- Assist the Store Team Leader in ensuring that the store meets expectations regarding visual presentation
- Assist in conducting quality stocktakes where required
- Provide support for administrative processes including daily banking and POS
- Ensure all contracts are completed accurately in store, including ensuring appropriate ID has been sited and is identified as belonging to the customer
Hourly rate: $29,50 + Super
**Knowledge & Experience**
- At least 1 year of related sales experience
- Retail selling of high value-added products and services with some exposure to computer or telecommunications technology
- Ability to work effectively with a team of people to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer satisfaction issues
