Executive Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations across our portfolio of venues.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional planning, communication, and execution skills, ensuring consistent, high-quality food experiences tailored to a wide variety of guests and events.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate catering services for multiple venues.
* Manage day-to-day culinary operations including kitchen workflows, staffing, and food preparation.
* Oversee large-scale event catering serving 500+ guests.
* Ensure quality delivery across diverse event types.
Team Leadership & Development
* Supervise, mentor, and motivate kitchen and catering staff.
* Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and safety in culinary operations.
Vendor Management & Compliance
* Manage relationships with food vendors and suppliers.
* Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to service standards.
Culinary Operations & Performance
* Implement HACCP records and enforce safe food handling practices.
* Develop and manage menus based on seasonal and event-specific offerings.
Leadership Qualities & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in senior culinary or catering management.
* Demonstrated experience delivering high-volume functions for 500+ guests.
* Strong leadership and team development experience across multi-site operations.
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility including evening, weekend, and public holiday work aligned with event schedules.
