This position involves coordinating project management and procurement activities, monitoring client commitments, managing customer communications, and addressing non-conformances and contract changes. A solid understanding of energy storage systems, engineering fundamentals, and project management practices is highly valued. Proven experience in project execution is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project-related activities between procurement and project management teamsAssist in developing project plans and communications materialsSupport schedule development and track project milestonesHelp manage vendor commitments and relationshipsProvide clear and timely project status updatesOversee documentation for contracts, invoicing, reporting, and vendor submittalsLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholdersSupport subcontractor activities and schedulingIdentify and track critical tasks to meet project deadlinesSolve project-specific challenges with a proactive approachContribute to business management tools for effective project executionAssist with process improvement initiativesSupport proposal development and contract documentationMonitor compliance and completeness of project documentationCoordinate submission and approval of project proposals and customer communicationPromote high standards of customer serviceUnderstand and advocate for Canadian Solar productsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Project or Procurement ManagerFollow all health and safety policies and proceduresPreferred Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in a related technical disciplineMinimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, written, and visualExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project (Primavera P6 is a plus)High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracyProven ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSelf-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think independently, take initiative, and offer creative solutionsAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProfessional appearance and conductFlexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessaryValid Australian driver’s licence, current vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicleWillingness to travel to project sites as requiredEmployer sponsorship is not availablefor this position.
