We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team in managing and growing our territory across Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, delivering product training, and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role
* Customer Engagement: Manage and expand existing customer relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, utilities, and industrial customers.
* Product Training and Support: Deliver product demonstrations, toolbox talks, and site visits to ensure effective use of our products.
* Territory Development: Identify new business opportunities and introduce new products and systems into the region.
* Forecasting and Planning: Maintain accurate forecasting, call cycles, and territory plans to optimize sales performance.
* Event Participation: Attend trade events, expos, distributor days, and customer meetings to stay connected with the industry and network with key stakeholders.

* Experience: Proven track record in sales roles, preferably in the electrical wholesale or industrial sector.
* Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with customers.
* Technical Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex product information and deliver technical training sessions.
* Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
