This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the medical and executive support functions of a dynamic department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing senior medical workforce operations, including complex scheduling and recruitment processes. Additionally, they will serve as a key liaison to senior leadership, ensuring seamless service delivery and strategic support.
Main Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Director and leadership team to ensure continuity of service delivery and provide executive support.

Required Qualifications and Skills
* Demonstrated tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience within a medical administration context.
* In-depth knowledge of complex scheduling processes, with the ability to resolve intricate medical scheduling issues.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in negotiation, liaison, and conflict resolution.
* Excellent written communication skills, enabling the preparation of comprehensive briefings, reports, and documentation within a medical imaging environment.
