This position involves providing support to onsite Building Managers in their day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient management of a property located in West End.
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and receive structured training to progress in building and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections and walks alongside the Building Managers
* Undertake administrative tasks, including calls, emails, and filing
* Manage key sign-outs and ordering
* Assist with ad hoc onsite building management duties as needed
About You
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Be comfortable using Outlook/Teams (other systems will be taught)
* Show enthusiasm for entering the building/facilities management field
