**Who We Are**
As a **Brisbane-based** company with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we have a **rapidly growing & dynamic team** consisting of administrators, schedulers, technicians, and sales. We are looking for a driven **Sales Manager** who can **proactively assist our office in promoting Sure Power's services and products to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales and margin goals, new sales, and retain existing sales.**
Additionally, you will **professionally represent the Sure Power team by building relationships with our customers, promoting Sure Power's offerings, and achieving high customer satisfaction.**
**The Role**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Identify and close short-term sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales managers to gain lead insight, perform sales forecasting, account planning and other related sales tasks to grow assigned business profitably
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Initiate a proactive approach to the customer relationship management process.
- Leverage SAP & CRM practices
- Active outbound calling to acquire new customers and build the company's clientele.
- Work with the Sales Team to qualify leads and win new business when on-site coverage is required to close the deal.
- Maintain internal & external relationships, actively sell and focus on increasing customer base.
- Monitor customer buying habits and proactively identify ways to maintain and increase the volume of customer orders.
- Proactively seek sales opportunities.
- Field inbound calls and qualify leads.
- Enter orders as needed
- Update pricing sheets.
- Support the Sales Team in setting up customer meetings & attend customer meetings as needed.
- Assist in closing sales.
**Your requirements**
- 3 - 5 years' successful experience in Customer Service or Sales functions.
- At least 3 years of successful experience in Inside sales and/ or Customer service required
- Proficient in key sales techniques (patience, understanding needs, persuasion, upselling, and overcoming objections.)
- An understanding of Sure Power's services and product information
- Firm command of assessing customer needs relative to Sure Power's products
- Able to work independently & on a team, confidently with little supervision
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & SimPro
- Industrial-related field or prior Industrial Sales experience would be beneficial, but not required
- Experience in UPS and/or electrical field is preferred, but not essential
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East Brisbane, QLD 4169: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
