Due to increase in global project requirements within the Research & Development team, a new opportunity has arisen for a
**Project Coordinator with IT background **to join the project team to support Project Directors & Managers in project planning & management.
**About the Opportunity**:
Working within a global team, key responsibilities include the following:
- Act as the "Site or TA Champion" for the Project & Clinical Vision tools & advise Project managers how best to attain the desired end result using RDPM tools.
- Manage the development of detailed project schedules, ensuring all project activities, dependencies & durations are captured correctly.
- Facilitate the loading of Project Detail Pages with project metadata, risks, issues & other project information.
- Provide training & support to Project Managers on Project Vision tool utilization & escalate any issues or findings.
- Review & ensure data updates & data accuracy, provide coaching & guidance to RDPM staff.
- Participate in development business meetings.
**About You**:
- Tertiary Qualification in Science or Business Administration or equivalent education.
- Sound pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in Project Management software.
- Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
- Key stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficienct in MS EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, Project,
- Experiene in Qlik Sense, Clarity & SharePoint maintenance is desirable.
