About the role
Dee Why RSL is seeking talented Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our valued members and guests!
What you'll be doing
- Prepare high-quality, innovative dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our kitchen operations.
What we're looking for
- Full-time and casual chefs.
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Formal culinary training or a relevant qualification in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and under pressure.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
