Looking for a leadership role that allows you to inspire and lead your team to deliver great results? Our client is looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to fill the role of Service Manager for Regional WA.
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing operations in the region, and coaching and leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure that our clients regain their health and achieve their return-to-work goals. You will be passionate about finding strategic solutions to ensure that our service delivery requirements are met and that we support our team to support the people we work with.

**In this role, your duties will include**:
- Manage the delivery of services across Regional WA, which may require travel approximately every two weeks
- Lead and inspire a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver services within the WorkFocus Australia Delivery Model for all cases
- Develop and implement strategies with team members to progress files and achieve return-to-work within budget and timeframes
- Implement strategies to achieve return-to-work benchmarks across held portfolios
- Analyze monthly performance projections for closed and open cases, in conjunction with the State Manager
- Engage and lead direct reports to deliver their individual Service Delivery KPIs and achieve team targets
- Oversee the recruitment and selection of new team members
- Oversee performance evaluation processes with team members, and provide strategies and support for underperformance
- Undertake case management activities as required
**What you will need**:
- Previous experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant with a deep understanding of Occupational Rehabilitation
- Registration as an Allied Health professional in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to ensure a high standard of service delivery and meet business objectives

- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Passionate about helping people regain their health and return to work
