Canobolas Kids Health is a multidisciplinary paediatric allied health service located in Orange, NSW. We are looking for our next receptionist to help us to create exceptional client experiences.
A permanent part time position is available at our paediatric therapy service in Orange, NSW. Your role will focus on providing excellent client experiences for our wonderful clients and their families. Previous reception experience is preferred, however we are willing to accept applicants without experience. Applicants without experience must be willing to undergo further internal and external training. We require availability of 15 - 30 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be employed in a role that involves engaging with children of all ages, and their families to ensure their visit is first class. We are looking for someone who can play, connect and empower our families from the moment they walk through the door, and work closely with the team to ensure a happy and cohesive work environment.

* You can follow directions and you are happy to receive constructive feedback.
* You can effectively prioritise your time.

* You are willing to assist in training junior and casual reception staff.

The successful applicant will need to be available to work part time hours from Monday to Friday. This will include flexible start and finish times that are mutually agreeable to accommodate the long opening hours of the clinic.
