Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR expert to provide high performance outcomes for our business leaders. The successful candidate will work within our Defence & Social Infrastructure sector with a truly diverse range of stakeholders and workforce. They will be accountable for their own portfolio and have a key focus across a range of P&C deliverables including employee relations, performance management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, training and development, coaching and career talent management as well as internal mobility and Diversity and inclusion initiatives. This is a true generalist role that requires excellent collaboration and communication skills - both verbal and written. Key Responsibilities:
