Job Description
This is a hands‐on, delivery‐focused marketing role within a global team. You will sit between communications, product marketing and brand execution, supporting day‐to‐day activity across multiple markets. The role is highly practical and fast paced, with a strong emphasis on producing and coordinating quality marketing outputs that are used by sales teams, dealer networks and global stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams and external creative partners, contributing wherever support is needed most and adapting quickly as priorities shift. A key focus is on graphic design and having capability to assist hands‐on as well as with an external agency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating, updating and coordinating brochures, sales collateral and branded marketing materials
* Providing strong graphic design support, either producing assets directly or managing briefs and feedback with an external design agency
* Supporting global events, trade shows and dealer marketing initiatives with a focus on effective marketing presence rather than logistics
* Working closely with communications to refine, adapt and elevate messaging for different audiences and markets
* Supporting product marketing activity by translating technical information into clear, customer‐focused marketing materials
* Assisting with digital marketing and advertising campaigns as required
* Collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders in a global, matrix environment
* Managing multiple priorities in a fast‐moving environment and taking ownership of delivery
Successful Applicant
A successful marketing/comms professional should have:
* Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Proven background in marketing and communications.
* Strong graphic design capability is essential (portfolio required).
* A genuine generalist who can confidently work across multiple disciplines.
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing or mining environments is highly advantageous but not a must have.
* Comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing priorities.
* Collaborative, pragmatic and commercially minded.
