Responsibilities
Create a first-class client experience, in person and over the phone
Manage reception, meeting rooms, and client enquiries
Support events, marketing initiatives, and team administration
Handling incoming calls and enquiries with efficiency and care.
Coordinating mail, deliveries, and shared inboxes.
General housekeeping duties
8.30am-12.30pm, Monday to Friday role
About you
You're friendly, organised, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional service. Prior reception or client-facing experience is ideal.
