**Position Title** - Design Draftsperson
**Location** - Henderson, WA
**Salary - **$120,000 - $160,000 Full Package
**Classification** - Design and Engineering

As a Design Draftsperson, you will be responsible for the design of vessels in accordance with the technical requirements. You will provide high quality and accurate output as well as take ownership over tasks delegated to the team. You will consider personal safety and the safety of others around you. You will be an Australian Citizen as you are required to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance whilst occupying this position.

- Produces accurate information and documentation, which meets all procedural and auditable requirement.
- Work deadlines are met, and construction deliverables are not compromised or missed.
- Effectively and efficiently communicate through drawings, verbal, and written means to all necessary parties.
- Consistently exhibits a proactive attitude toward innovation and improvement and actively seeks alternate methods of performing tasks.
**Key Requirements For Success**
- Vessels design in accordance with technical requirements.
- Proficient in drafting software, AutoCAD, Shipconstructor and Microsoft office suite.
- Basic understanding of materials and their compatibility in a marine environment.
- Be skilled in 3D modelling - Shipconstructor Modelling Experience Desirable.
