We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Supply Planner to join our MECCA‐Magination team for 6 months at our Support Centre.
Key responsibilities
* Setting up and maintaining own‐branded MECCA‐Maginations items in our ERP system, ensuring accurate master data and product information
* Executing monthly supply and demand planning, reviewing forecasts, launches and risks to maintain stock availability
* Managing orders, procurement and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of components, raw materials and finished goods
* Overseeing production planning and logistics with external suppliers, manufacturers and freight forwarders for all new and ongoing products
* Monitoring inventory and stock health, conducting cycle counts and minimising risk of out‐of‐stocks or overstock situations
What You Will Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain management or similar, with experience in retail or support centre environments
* Solid attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships
* Solid problem‐solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in stock management processes through an ERP system
