Woods & Co Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a dynamic property development group that has been shaping vibrant communities with integrity since 2000. We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Supervisor to join their high-performing team.
With an active project portfolio exceeding $700 million and over four years of confirmed work secured, this developer is experiencing strong growth across medium-density residential, high-end multi-unit apartments, and specialised developments including childcare centres. With a strong focus on sustainability, affordability, and quality, our client has successfully delivered over 7,000 homes across metropolitan and regional Victoria and is now on track to deliver over 1,000 new homes in the next 36 months. Their end-to-end expertise spans land acquisition, design, construction, funding, sales, and project management. The successful Project Supervisor will lead site teams across multiple developments, ensuring every project meets the highest standards and positively impacts the lives of future residents.

What will you do?
Support project planning and preparation to ensure seamless delivery
Lead and mentor Site Supervisors and construction teams
Develop and monitor project schedules using management software
Communicate progress and key updates to contractors and stakeholders
Oversee projects from commencement through to handover, maintaining high
quality standards
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Promote and maintain OH&S compliance on all sites
Lead toolbox talks, inductions, and weekly progress reports
What do you need?
Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management (preferred) and White
Card
Trade or construction background with a valid driver's licence
3+ years' experience in residential or townhouse site/finishing supervision
Strong eye for detail across finishes, waterproofing, joinery, tiling, and
painting
Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and Victorian residential building
codes
Proven record of delivering on-time, near-zero defect handovers
Confident leader with strong team and stakeholder management skills
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects
simultaneously
