This role is responsible for ensuring all service and installation work is carried out in an efficient and timely manner. The successful candidate will competently install and service Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems incorporating Radio Frequency (RF) and other Shrink Management Solution technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Install cabling - floor cuts, conduit, carpet strip/wire mould
* Fit off and terminate cabling - power, synchronization, network
* Locate and mount RF antenna, power supply, deactivation loop, electronic chassis
* Repair floor cuts - re-grout tiles, re-glue carpet
* Interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and site surveys
* Install, tune and commission RF systems including deactivation at point of sale
* Use electronic test equipment: oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, PDAs
* Diagnose and rectify system-level faults and environmental problems (resonance/noise)
* Describe waveforms to technical staff
* Install, commission and service Customer Priority Systems (Turn-o-matic)
* Conduct and assess site surveys, identify potential problems
* Write detailed technical reports and procedures for installations
* Write work method statements and job safety analysis (OH&S)
* Complete and submit all required documents accurately and on time
* Maintain field service asset register and inventory reconciliation
* Monitor and maintain OH&S requirements - tools and equipment tagged per legislation
* Ensure all service activities comply with relevant acts and ethical standards
* Process administration and reports in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act
Requirements
* Minimum HSC/VCE or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant field
* Proven experience or post-trade qualifications in electronic security systems installation and maintenance
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
