Lead a Team in a Senior Role

The position is suitable for candidates aiming for a Special Counsel role with progression to partnership, as well as ambitious Senior Associates seeking a leadership position.
You will work across the full spectrum of employment law, including:
* Employment advisory matters
* Industrial relations strategy
* Unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and workplace health and safety matters
* Employment-related litigation
Additionally, you will have opportunities to broaden the practice beyond its current workflow, shape the local team, lead marketing initiatives, and grow a small group.
