Role

Our TAMs combine technical expertise with a passion for customer service and pre-sales consulting. This role offers variety, challenges, and career growth, as you will be responsible for the solutions delivered to multiple clients.

You will collaborate with our service desk, field techs, and engineering teams, ensuring strong technical support when needed.

This role suits an experienced Technical Account Manager, senior Project Management professional with MSP experience, pre-sales professionals with commercial acumen, or engineers who enjoy customer interaction.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting clients of various sizes (from <50 to 500 seats) and possess technical and business competence across IT infrastructure areas.

If you are at the top of your game in an MSP, MSSP, or integrator, and seeking your next step, this could be your opportunity. The following are non-negotiables :

You must have a proven track record delivering outstanding support and advice within an MSP, MSSP, or similar IT service provider.

You must demonstrate success managing relationships with small to mid-sized clients across different industries.

You should have a genuine passion for helping clients understand and utilize technology, proactively anticipating their needs.
