They source, build, develop, and sell their own residential apartment and mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area, and have a huge development pipeline of over 3000 apartments.
The role A position has become available for a Sales Administrator to join their high performing team. This is an integral role within the company as you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with all their administration with the sale of off the plan apartments in multiple locations in Sydney. Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting Team members with General Business & Administrative Projects Manage Sales Cycle from Deposit, Exchange, including Governance Manage & Co-Ordinate Trust Receipts, Settlement Preparation Assist Team with Valuers, Pre-Settlement Inspections, & Handovers Assist with Organising & Attend Events Including Sales Launch Days Skills & experience As a Sales Administrator, you must have experience in residential real estate or have worked for a developer previously. Other key requirements include:
