What we are looking for:
As a Network Operations Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering essential water and sewerage services across the Fraser Coast.
Collaborating with the Executive Manager, you'll drive strategic and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with legislation and business objectives.
Your role encompasses performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of key management plans, including System Leakage and Inflow & Infiltration strategies. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of water infrastructure, contributing to the sustainability and resilience of the region's essential services

What you’ll need for success:
* Significant (eg 10 years +) supervisory/management experience of water and sewer network operations and maintenance.
* Proven ability to effectively contribute to the establishment, maintenance and success of work teams focused on achieving team and project goals.
* Demonstrated asset management skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of applicable Acts, Regulations, environmental and quality management systems and continuous improvement programs.
* Highly developed communication and computer skills, specifically:
* Interpersonal: consult, partner, negotiate, listen, influence and interact effectively at all levels
* People management: lead, motivate and coach
* Written: guidelines and reports
* Microsoft Office Suite: GIS and information management software would be desirable
Licences:
* Current Class C Queensland Driver's Licence
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Confined Spaces Certification (or ability to readily acquire)
