ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities
o Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store
o Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rostering
o Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience
o Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience
o Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
o A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
o A positive 'can do' attitude
o Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
o Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
