Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of major development projects. You'll be involved in every step of the process, from early feasibility and financial modelling to on-the-ground problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all aspects of the development process, from feasibility studies and planning through to construction and completion
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and design teams
* Coordinating the work of various internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
* Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise during the development process
* Preparing detailed progress reports and presentations for senior management
* Providing strategic input and recommendations to support Broadview's overall development strategy
What we're looking for
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field will be highly regarded.
* Practical experience across the full land development lifecycle.
* A deep understanding of design, engineering, and project delivery principles.
* Proficiency in financial analysis, feasibility modeling, and assessment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with consultants, government authorities, and community stakeholders.
